Method 1: Using Email Chat :
The first thing you need to do is open WhatsApp on your old device and navigate to the chat you want to transfer. There is a three-dot menu icon located in the top-right corner of the app. Click that and select "More" or "Settings" (depending on the version of WhatsApp you're using). It is possible to export a chat by selecting the option "Export chat" from the menu. If you wish to export multimedia files, such as photos and videos, WhatsApp will prompt you to decide whether to include them in the export. If you have a preference, please select it. Next, you will need to select the email app that you wish to use to send the exported chat. The WhatsApp application will generate a new email message with the chat attached as a .txt file as the attachment. Send an email to yourself by entering your email address as the recipient and clicking the send button. The chat file you sent yourself in an email can be downloaded by opening the email you sent yourself on your new device. You should set up WhatsApp on your new device, using the same phone number you used on your old device, if you have not done so already. As soon as WhatsApp is set up, locate the downloaded chat file and open it. You will be able to import the chat to your new device automatically if you use WhatsApp.
In Method 2, we will use third-party apps to achieve our goals:
The first thing you should do on your old device is visit the app store and download an app dedicated to the backup and transfer of WhatsApp chats from a third-party app. There are several options available when it comes to transferring WhatsApp data, including Backuptrans Android iPhone WhatsApp Transfer and Dr.Fone - WhatsApp Transfer. If you follow the instructions provided by the app, you won't have too much trouble backing up your WhatsApp chats on the old device. Using the same third-party app that you used on your old device, you can connect your new device to your computer or use the same third-party app that you used on your old device. If you follow the instructions in the app, you will be guided through the process of restoring the WhatsApp backup onto your new device following the instructions in the app.
You can navigate to the WhatsApp folder on your old Android device using a file manager app such as File Manager or ES File Explorer. You will need to locate the "Databases" folder inside the WhatsApp folder. There is a backup file named "msgstore.db.crypt12" that is typically the most recent backup file. Using methods such as Bluetooth, USB cable, or cloud storage, you should be able to transfer the backup file to your new Android device. It is a good idea to install WhatsApp on your new device, if you haven't already, and set it up with the same phone number as your old one. You will be prompted to restore the backup file during the setup process by WhatsApp when it detects the backup file. The restoration process will be completed once you confirm and allow it to complete.
